"I don't like the Jack Harkness test because it means it's okay to fuck Scooby Doo"

yes that's the entire damn point of the Harkness test. The Harkness Test doesn't exist to say you have to fuck Scooby Doo. The Harkness Test exists to say that it is morally/ethically fine for someone to want to fuck Scooby Doo, because Scooby Doo can give informed consent and communicate as such.

the reason you don't like it is because none of you are self-aware enough to realize how incredibly fucking puritan all of you are when it comes to fucking

"average bisexual starts 3 businesses a year" factoid actualy just statistical error. average bisexual starts 0 businesses a year. Businesses Hank, who lives in montana and starts over 10,000 each day, is an outlier adn should not have been counted

I need everybody to know that this is what's the most recent update on that website, and the person who put it there is in fact the funniest person alive

We should add that they (the author of this website) did this with Hank’s approval and encouragement.

You have to be willing to sit through horrible albums sometimes to look for new music and you might find it impossible but it’s what makes life worth living to me. it takes the discipline of a warrior to be a true music lover not everyone can survive it

It’s like when u read a book you aren’t smart enough for and have to look up the words or concepts it used in the dictionary. It’s the same with music like if an album is ahead of it’s time and sounds like nothing else and you feel a departure from your usual comforts bc it illicits feelings you aren’t used to how could you resist coming back to it over and over again? One of the most healing feelings in the world especially for depression brained people like me who are convinced nothing new or exciting exists in the world anymore. It’s proof of innumerable hidden pathways you haven’t discovered yet

i’ve got a list of almost 200 albums that i randomize to listen to when i can (it’s supposed to be an album a day thing but i’m lucky if i do one a week) and i have a playlist that i add to and make sure to add at least one song from each album to the playlist i also let myself revisit albums like a month or two later if i’m like hmm i rates that too harshly im actually enjoying this a lot of the albums have been out of my comfort zone too but it’s introduced me to a lot of new stuff i found that i liked as well as helped me figure out what i can’t stand lmao
